The Empathy, Resilience and Productivity Program addresses a deep pain point for many workplaces. Most employee say that they have more and more things to do with less resources, while management is struggling to find ways to have their people be more productive.

Through this program we will invite the participants to understand the mechanics of the vicious cycles that many worker is caught in as they deal with stress and its effects and learn how a focus on empathy and psychological safety combined with key practices can shift the dynamics and allow for a deeply needed relief of tension and the spaciousness needed to reclaims one’s confidence and effectiveness.

The Program is organized in six sections:

  1. The impact of a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world on the organization’s and on employee’s work reality.

  2. The specific leadership resilience breaking points through which faulty decision-making leads to increase of stress and decrease in trust and psychological safety. This combination then typically results in a lack of creativity, collaboration and ultimately, productivity.

  3. The leadership productivity breaking points through which individuals and groups miss the mark, generating internal and external tensions.

  4. A personal inquiry in creating a portrait of where each participants struggles the most, and where opportunities of change lie around resilience and productivity.

  5. Learning cutting-edge best practices and tools to remediate to resilience and productivity problems.

  6. Learning a system to engage with these difficulties and monitor growth over time and leave the program with a practical and doable action plan.
