François Beausoleil (Co-founder, Lead trainer)

François trains, coaches and supports individuals and organizations throughout the world. He brings a strong business and coaching focus to his work. François is highly skilled at helping participants discover and transcend internal and external barriers so that they can live from a more fully empowered state.  François’ previous career was as a musician with Cirque du Soleil – he brings creativity and music into the rooms and hearts wherever he shares his work.  

He has an MBA from Sherbrooke University in Quebec, is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and a registered corporate coach. He’s the author of the book, “The Blame-Free State” published in 2014.

Kyoko Yamamoto (Trainer)

Kyoko has been mediating small claim cases in county district court, and facilitating Restorative Circles for small businesses, organizations, and juvenile court cases for 7 years. She worked in the automotive industry for more than 20 years mainly as an interpreter and a coordinator. Her experience of working with people from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds gives her a unique perspective on leadership.

She’s part of the apprenticeship program of the Nonviolent Global Liberation Community and is an NVC Trainer Certification candidate from the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

Pablo Argon (Co-founder, trainer)

Pablo holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale Nantes (France) and started his career in academia teaching while doing research. Interested by solving technical problems in the industry, he worked as a computer security expert for 18 years in Europe and the USA. Over the years, he appreciated playing a variety of roles in the tech industry working at startups and large organizations both as an individual contributor and as a manager of international teams.

Initiated to Nonviolent Communication in 2012 through workshops and training, he saw its benefits for all aspects of his life, and he became passionate about learning and teaching NVC. Pablo is currently pursuing his NVC Trainer Certification from the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
